Recipe Countdown Day 9

Funeral Potatoes

For a 9X13 pan

1 bag of hashbrowns (not O'brien style)

2 sticks butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Put into a greased 9X13 pan. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove foil the last 20 minutes of cooking.
